All packages except International First Class Mail include a tracking number and insurance for the price of your order.

Typically, estimated time is calculated from when you receive your Order Shipping Confirmation (this email will have a tracking number). For ready made items, we do our best to ship items out to you within 1-2 business days once we receive your order.

 

For haute couture and made to order items, please note the production time on the specific product detail page, as it can take 2-12 weeks for us to create it for you depending on the item and designer. The designers on our site who create items to order specifically for you are:

Returns

Please visit our Returns Page to initiate a return. Do not send your purchase back to the designer brand. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted – for example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact)
  • Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or make-up will not be refunded
  • Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor
  • Items sold as a set must be returned as a set
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase
  • Please include your order number with your returns paperwork when you return the item
  • Due to the intimate nature of our items, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BRAS, UNDERWEAR, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY, BODY STOCKINGS, NIPPLE RINGSNIPPLE PASTIES, OR SEX TOYS
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom made items nor haute couture items
  • You must email us or initiate your return prior to sending back any item(s)
  • It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery method, please note that you can download a return package label for your package, and we will deduct $3.99 for the return shipping cost from your original order
  • We will charge a flat $10 restocking fee on each returned item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at concierge@darkestfox.nyc.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace jewelry if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@darkestfox.nyc.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Get started by going to darkestfox.com/apps/return_prime or send us an email at concierge@darkestfox.nyc to process your return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
